There is also an online booking option which offers access to prices and availability as well as instant confirmation of your reservation.

Deposit :

When a reservation is made directly with us we require a 25% deposit to be paid within 2 days.

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your deposit payment has been received.

Balance Payment:

For Winter Season bookings, the balance is required to be paid at least 1 month in advance of your arrival date.

A reminder is sent via email, prior to this date.

For Summer Season bookings the balance is paid at the end of your stay. Cash, visa, mastercard and EC cards.

For bookings made online via booking.com please refer to the terms and conditions stated.

Payment:

We can accept visa, mastercards (2% charge). We ask you to phone as with your card details : +43 3687 81523

(For security please do not send credit card details via email).

Alternatively you are welcome to transfer payment to the following account and email us a copy of the transfer.

Confirmation: 

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are not refundable.

If a booking is cancelled 31 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit is lost.

If the booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the arrival date the total amount is payable.

No refunds are offered for Early Departure (departure before the confirmed departure date) , Late Arrival (arrival after the confirmed arrival date) or a reduction in guest numbers, if notified within 30 days or less, of the arrival date.

We recommend all guests take out adequate travel insurance in order to cover losses in the case of cancellation, ill health or accident.
